Step into the past...
Very few people who visit Pearl Harbor are not
affected by the still, calm beauty of the U.S.S.
Arizona memorial, with the majestic U.S.S.
Missouri now standing watch over her. This is
a "must-see" for anyone visiting Hawaii, and is
the #1 Visitor Attraction in the State.
Important Note: Pearl Harbor Security
Pearl Harbor is an active U.S. Military base, and
there are certain restrictions to what you can and
cannot take with you aboard the U.S.S. Arizona
Memorial. Backpacks, purses, and diaper bags
are not allowed, nor are large cameras. Do not
take anything you can't fit in your pocket. There
are lockers nearby. They are VERY STRICT
about this rule. |
